Carla Morton

Carla Morton has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an English teacher at Marine Military Academy since June 2015 and previously at Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District as both an English teacher and instructional coach since August 2001. At Early College High School in Harlingen, Texas, Carla specialized in English instruction and contributed to instructional coaching. Carla is trained in Project Based Learning and the Common Instructional Framework, with a focus on digital classroom methodologies. Carla holds a degree in Instruction and Curriculum with a concentration in Adolescent Literacy from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Brownsville.
