Kymberly Kinchen Reeves, Esq. currently serves as Vice President of Ethics, Integrity, and Privacy at HARMAN International since March 2023. Previously, Kymberly was involved in labor and employment compliance at Peloton Interactive, enhancing the company's compliance program across various areas. Kymberly has held significant legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel at Nexteer Automotive, where expert advice was provided on employment matters and diversity initiatives were directed. Earlier experience includes serving as Compliance Counsel at Ford Motor Company, overseeing compliance measures at TriMas Corporation as Associate General Counsel, and managing EEO compliance at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Kymberly began a legal career with Clark Hill PLC, focusing on labor and employment litigation. Kymberly earned a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
