Eric Betz has over 30 years of experience in merchandise operations and planning. Currently serving as the Manager of Merchandise Operations at Harmon Face Values since October 2011, Eric has also held roles such as Manager of Space Planning and Manager of Distribution Center Replenishment Planning. Prior to this, Eric worked at Bed Bath & Beyond for over a decade, progressing from Merchandise Analyst to Senior Merchandise Analyst. Eric's earlier career includes positions at Le Gourmet Chef as Planning and Distribution Coordinator and at Phillips Van Huesen where responsibilities included Production Planning Manager and Merchandise Assistant. Eric began the career as a Store Manager at Linens N Things.
