Jamie Deuster

Jamie Deuster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in managing human resources for diverse employee populations. Currently serving as a Sr. HR Generalist at Harmon since July 2005, Jamie oversees the HR needs for over 500 union and non-union employees across 12 locations in the United States, focusing on non-exempt staffing, new hire orientations, and college relations. Previously, Jamie worked as an HR Representative at Goodwill Industries of Southeast Wisconsin from June 2003 to July 2005, where responsibilities included coordinating the hiring process for over 550 Food Service Workers and managing orientations for new hires. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, earned between 1999 and 2003.
