Gavin Ong

Gavin Ong is a software engineer intern currently at Harmonic since February 2024, with prior experience as a software engineer intern at GIC from August to December 2023 and as a software engineer at Reluvate Technologies from May to August 2022. At Reluvate Technologies, Gavin developed a React frontend for a finance portal managing over $1 million weekly, created reusable components, and collaborated with the backend team to implement REST APIs using Django. Previous roles include a frontend web developer at Codomo Pte Ltd, where Gavin developed a responsive UI for Rolljak.com, and service as Officer Commanding in the Singapore Armed Forces from January 2019 to November 2020. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Singapore University of Technology and Design, education began at Hwa Chong Institution from January 2017 to December 2018.
