Han Chen

Han Chen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in revenue recognition and accounting standards, particularly ASC 606. Currently serving as the Director of Revenue at Harmonic since February 2017, responsibilities include leading the adoption of accounting standards, managing month-end and quarter-end closes, and overseeing audits. As Revenue Director at Centrify Corporation, Han Chen has driven the transformation to new accounting rules, ensured timely reporting, and managed the quote-to-cash process. Prior roles include Senior Finance Manager at Cadence Design Systems, Sr. Revenue Manager at Aviat Networks, and Revenue Director at SumTotal Systems, where expertise in revenue recognition policy, contract reviews, and audit support has been demonstrated. Han Chen holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.
