Ortal Assor has a strong background in HR management, with experience at companies like Harmoniz, Emilia Cosmetics, and Nestlé. Ortal is currently the VP of Human Resources at Harmoniz, where Ortal oversees HR strategy and payroll in Israel and the US. Throughout their career, Ortal has demonstrated expertise in leading HR teams and working closely with leadership to drive business priorities. Prior to their corporate roles, Ortal also worked as a Research Assistant at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Ortal holds an MBA with a specialization in Organizational Behavior from Ben-Gurion University.
