Gordon Lodder

Gordon Lodder is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in management accounting and finance governance. Currently serving as Finance Manager and Finance Governance and Compliance Leader at Harmony Gold Mining Company Limited since January 2012, Gordon has held various roles within the organization, including Financial ERP Assistant and Cost Accountant. Additionally, Gordon has been involved with MRS Training and Rescue as a Surface Fire Brigade member and has served as Treasurer for both GRIFFONS RUGBY and the Virginia Boat Club. Gordon also contributed to the Golden Key International Honour Society as a Master Thesis Student and mentored as part of the Education Mentor program at North-West University in 2022. Gordon holds an MBA and several degrees in management accounting from North-West University, complemented by a National Senior Certificate from Kroonstad High School.
