In prior roles, Mike has been responsible for third-party customer relationship management for some of the world’s most prominent CPG companies, such as Proctor & Gamble, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, and more. Mike is a servant leader with a passion for providing world-class customer service and satisfaction through continuous improvement. At Harmony Healthcare IT, he is responsible for all aspects of the client support process, providing ongoing support and solutions to customers.
