Alfie Adona, M.A., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Principal People Business Partner at Harness since April 2023, Alfie has previously held key roles including Senior People Operations Business Partner at Teradata, Human Resources Manager at CareerBuilder, and Human Resources Director at MSLGROUP. Alfie's career commenced as an HR Specialist at MCI WorldCom in 1998, followed by significant positions at Deloitte and Providian Financial, among others.
