Hitesh Kumar Aringa

Hitesh Kumar Aringa is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Harness since June 2019, Hitesh has successfully founded the Continuous Efficiency product and built it from the ground up. Previously, Hitesh worked at RIVIGO from August 2015 to May 2019, focusing on low latency data architecture as a Principal Engineer. Career beginnings included a Software Development Engineer role at Capillary Technologies and a summer project at Université P. Curie UPMC-Paris 6, where Hitesh improved wireless network performance through Cognitive Radio Networks. Hitesh also completed a summer internship at Grenoble INP - Institut polytechnique de Grenoble, developing an Ontology Editor. Hitesh holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, obtained in 2013.
