Raison D'Souza

Raison D'souza has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 2010, they began their career as an Assistant Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. Raison then worked as a Ruby Developer at Sourcebits LLC from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they joined MyParichay as a Senior Ruby & Python Developer, later transitioning to the role of Tech Lead in 2014. In 2015, they joined Synup as a Lead Software Engineer. At Synup, they held various positions, including Head of Professional Services from 2018 to 2019 and Head of Technical Support from 2019 to 2019. Raison also served as the Director of Engineering | Product at Synup from 2016 to 2022. During their time at Synup, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, leading the Engineering team and scaling it from 3 to 40 full-time members. Raison was responsible for architecting core systems, conducting code reviews, and defining key product adoption and retention metrics. Additionally, they contributed to numerous customer releases across different product verticals and played a pivotal role in conceiving and publishing the 2021 Product Roadmap. In 2022, they joined Harness as a Senior Engineering Manager.
