Rehmat Kharal

Rehmat Kharal has a strong background in sales enablement and strategic leadership. They currently hold the position of Global Vice President GTM Strategic Enablement at Harness since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the VP Global Sales Enablement at BigPanda starting from 2020. From 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Director, Global Sales Enablement at Rubrik, Inc. Rehmat also gained experience in emerging technology management and content strategy as a Manager Emerging Technology and Senior Content Strategist at AppDynamics from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Cisco Jasper from 2016 to 2018. Rehmat began their career at Cisco in 2014, initially as a Demonstrations Engineer/Presenter and later as a Program Manager. Prior to joining Cisco, they held the role of Development Manager at ING from 2013 to 2014, focusing on developing and executing strategies for obtaining private donations through various campaigns and events.

Rehmat Kharal has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of Toronto. They also hold a Project Management Certification from De Anza College. In addition, they have obtained a Coaching Certificate in Communications Coaching from Fowler Waignwright. Rehmat Kharal has a Post Graduate Degree in International Marketing & Finance from Humber College.
