Lloyd Dunstall

Lloyd Dunstall is an experienced recruitment consultant currently serving as a Principal Recruitment Consultant at Harnham since December 2016, with a focus on customer insight and marketing analytics. Previous roles include Senior and Recruitment Consultant, where expertise in data analysis tools and marketing strategies was developed. Prior to Harnham, Lloyd held the position of Assistant Lettings Manager at People in Property from June 2013 to November 2016, overseeing a team of Lettings Negotiators and managing property valuations and tenant matching. Lloyd began a career in hospitality at Mitchells & Butlers as a General Manager, having progressed from bar staff to management after completing a Bachelor of Science in human geography at the University of Reading from 2005 to 2008.
