Jennifer Olsen - McGady

Jennifer Olsen - McGady is an experienced higher education professional with a robust career focused on student success and advising operations. Currently, as the Manager of Advising Operations and Systems at Harper College since September 2014, Jennifer leads the development of key technologies to enhance advising processes and serves as a divisional expert in best practices. Previous roles include Interim Director of Advising Services, where Jennifer provided leadership to academic advisors and developed equity-minded programs, as well as positions at Waubonsee Community College and Career Education Corporation focused on registration, records, and student finance. With a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Master of Science in Human Services/Counseling, Jennifer possesses a strong educational background complemented by extensive management experience in student services and support.
