Nicolette Cisarik De Jesus

Nicci Cisarik De Jesus serves as the Director of Student Recruitment and Outreach at Harper College since December 2021, following an eight-year tenure at Oakton Community College as the Manager of Student Recruitment and Outreach. At Oakton, responsibilities included managing communication and marketing plans, overseeing recruitment events, and developing recruitment materials. In addition to these roles, Nicci has held various teaching and advisory positions, including as an Adjunct Faculty member and Academic Advisor at Indiana State University. Leadership involvement spans multiple committees and initiatives focused on student engagement and retention across various institutions. Nicci's educational background includes a Master of Science in Student Affairs Higher Education from Indiana State University and ongoing doctoral studies in Community College Leadership at Northern Illinois University.
