Nekasha Long Pratt has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles across various industries. Nekasha is currently the Vice President of Marketing at HarperCollins Publishers, where they oversee marketing, digital, and publicity for three fiction divisions. Nekasha has also worked as a TEDx and International Speaker, offering speaking, training, and workshop services. Additionally, they founded and served as a Strategic Consultant at Bright Advisory Group. In the past, Nekasha has held positions such as Director of Marketing at the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development and State Delegate and Board Member for the US Civil Rights Trail. Nekasha has also held marketing roles at the National Museum of African American Music, Sullivan Branding, Des-Case Corporation, Affinion Group, and Harland Clarke.
