Marc Fogel

Marc Fogel is an experienced professional in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology, currently serving as the Director of Product for TalentSelect AI. Previously, Marc held the position of Talent Development Program Manager - Competency Management at Silicon Valley Bank. Additional experience includes roles at American Airlines as Manager of Organization Effectiveness and Assessments, and Organization Development Manager/Principal from 2012 to 2014, as well as Organization Development Consultant from 2007 to 2012. Marc also served as the Organization Development Administrator at St. Vincent Health and as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the Israel Defense Forces.
