Cindy Flores

Cindy Flores, MBA, has over two decades of experience in the casino gaming and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Financial Analyst III at Harrah's Resort Southern California since July 2002. Prior roles at Harrah's include positions in table games as a dealer and supervisor, as well as various food and beverage service roles. Cindy's earlier career includes an internship with Mental Health Systems where responsibilities included intake assessments and counseling, along with experience as a tutor for middle school students in a College Readiness Program. Cindy holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from San Diego State University.
