Jack Gordon

Jack Gordon, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jack is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Harri since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various finance roles at Wiley from 2016 to 2022, including Vice President of Finance, Senior Director of FP&A, Senior Director of Corporate Planning & Business Optimization, and Director of Corporate Finance, Planning, and Optimization.

Before joining Wiley, Jack worked as an FP&A Manager for OneMain, where they played a key role in the acquisition and integration of OneMain Financial by Springleaf Financial Services. Jack'sresponsibilities included expense and headcount modeling, due diligence, synergy modeling, financial target setting, implementation of efficiency tactics, organizational structuring, and transitional service agreement migration planning.

Jack began their career at RBS Markets & International Banking, where they held various FP&A roles from 2011 to 2015. Jack served as an Associate, responsible for consolidating and reporting financial performance and business metrics, and as an Analyst, providing in-depth analysis and presenting strategic narratives to senior management.

Prior to RBS, Jack worked as a Financial Analyst at International Business Machines (IBM) from 2009 to 2011, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Boeing in 2008. Jack started their career as a Financial Analyst Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson in 2007.

Throughout their career, Jack has demonstrated a strong background in finance, with expertise in financial planning and analysis, M&A integration, strategic decision making, and executive management reporting.

Jack Gordon, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Penn State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. After gaining valuable experience in the field, they decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Connecticut School of Business. From 2015 to 2017, they specialized in Finance and Management to broaden their expertise in these areas.
