James Appleton

James Appleton is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition Products at Harri since August 2019. In this role, James is responsible for setting the strategy and overseeing the development of the Talent Acquisition product. Prior to this, James worked as a Solutions Consultant, advising clients like KFC and Radisson Hotel Group on recruitment strategies and technology solutions. Co-founding Chalkpit Social Limited, James successfully planned and operated a modern pub/restaurant with impressive turnover and reviews. Earlier experience at Mitchells & Butlers PLC included leadership roles as Head of Talent Acquisition, where notable accomplishments included significant reductions in hiring times and enhancing recruitment processes, as well as serving as Operations Manager, overseeing multiple businesses and achieving consistent sales growth.
