Guy Bryant-Fenn

Guy Bryant-Fenn is a seasoned executive in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Managing Director at Harrier Talent Solutions since January 2023, where the focus is on aligning HR programs with business goals and ensuring future workforce readiness. Previously, Guy held the position of Managing Director for the APAC region at PeopleScout, overseeing 140 employees across five countries, and has held various leadership roles at Springboard ATS, Korn Ferry, and ManpowerGroup Australia, focusing on the design and implementation of innovative talent management solutions. Guy's career began at Hays, where significant contributions were made in developing tailored talent management strategies for diverse organizations. An alumnus of Sheffield Hallam University, Guy holds a BA Hons in Industrial Product Design.
