Ann Hajnosz

Ann Hajnosz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental and utility consulting. Currently serving as a Commissioner on the City of Bellevue Environmental Services Commission since October 2023, Ann reviews operations related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste utilities. As Vice President of Consulting Operations at Harris & Associates since June 2016, Ann leads the growth of the Strategic Services Practice across multiple states. Previous roles include Board Member at Keiro Northwest, Senior Associate and Managing Engineer at Brown and Caldwell, and Assistant Vice President at RW Beck/SAIC, where Ann specialized in financial planning and rates for various utility services. Ann holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Hawaii.
