Marco Silva

Marco Silva is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial real estate, litigation, and the cannabis industry. Currently serving as a Partner at Harris Beach PLLC since December 2019, Marco previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Marco D. Silva, P.C. from August 1993 to January 2020. Additionally, Marco served as Counsel to Senator Jack Martins in the New York State Senate from January 2011 to December 2016. Marco obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the City University of New York School of Law between 1995 and 1998 and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Psychology from Hofstra University from 1990 to 1994.
