Mary Asala

Mary Asala is an accomplished immigration professional with a diverse background in legal support and management. Since February 2019, Mary serves as the Practice Manager for Immigration at Harris Beach PLLC, overseeing operations, workflow management, and technical training for the Immigration Practice Group. Mary has previously held roles as Immigration Paralegal Manager and Immigration Paralegal, where responsibilities included training and supervising paralegals and preparing complex immigration filings. Prior experience includes positions at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP and as a freelance translator, demonstrating strong expertise in translation and interpretation across various sectors. Mary holds a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and dual Bachelor's degrees in Italian and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Notre Dame.
