Adriana Palencia

Adriana Palencia has extensive experience in property valuation, currently serving as a Commercial Valuation Analyst at Harris County Appraisal District since October 2017. In this role, Adriana focuses on the valuation of commercial and mixed-use land in the Northwest area of Harris County, utilizing limited sales data for ad valorem tax purposes and continuously collecting relevant data and tracking new developments. Previously, from September 2014 to October 2017, Adriana worked as a residential property appraiser at the same organization, where responsibilities included recording information and data for appraisal purposes in line with TDLR and county standards. Adriana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Houston, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
