Alan Elsey

Alan Elsey is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and compliance management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance at Harris Computer since February 2022, Alan oversees mission-critical software solutions for diverse industries. Prior to this, Alan held the position of International Operations Manager at Commerce Decisions and was VP Operations at ServeSat Limited, where innovative customer service delivery methods were developed. Alan's extensive experience includes a Director of Operations role at SatCom Global, where significant improvements in reporting capabilities and human resource policies were achieved, as well as strategic advisory work for Business Link, enhancing SME performance through tailored plans. Alan holds an HND in Business and Finance from Eastleigh College.
