Elise Rose

Elise Rose has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting within the IT industry. Elise currently serves as the Director of Rewards & Compensation at Harris Computer, where Elise leads talent acquisition for the Eastern Canada business units. Prior to this, Elise worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Maplesoft Group and held various recruiting and managerial roles at Robert Half Technology. Elise holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Physical Geography from Carleton University and a Full Stack Web Development Certification from freeCodeCamp. Additionally, Elise holds a Private Pilot License from St. Hubert Flying School.
