William Barnes is currently the Director of Call Center Operations at TrueSense Marketing, overseeing operations for multiple locations and managing a substantial team of fundraising representatives and team managers. With a strong background in call center management, Barnes has also served as Center Manager at Harris Connect, where responsibilities included logistics, staffing, and staff development across three call centers. Previous roles include Training Supervisor and Team Sales Manager at Harris Connect, as well as managerial positions at High5 and Computer NERDZ!. Barnes began a career at Dell as a Sales Team Lead. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting at Southern New Hampshire University, Barnes also holds degrees from The University of Texas at Austin and Collin College.
