Doug Black

Doug Black is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience serving as Chief Financial Officer across multiple organizations since 2007. Currently, Doug serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Harris & Harris, leading financial operations since August 2020. Prior to this role, Doug held similar positions at AST Corporation, DHR International, and SeatonCorp, managing accounting, treasury, and finance functions for organizations in various sectors, including IT services and executive search. Doug's career also includes significant consulting roles at Fort Dearborn Partners and A.T. Kearney, along with foundational experience at Rand McNally, Bradley Printing Company, and Deloitte & Touche. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University.
