Jennifer Radloff, PHR, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist at Harris & Harris, serving since April 2013. Throughout this tenure, Jennifer has held multiple roles, including Human Resources Recruiter and HR Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting across various organizational sectors such as Customer Service, IT, and Legal, as well as managing new hire processes and maintaining personnel databases. Prior to Harris & Harris, Jennifer worked for Michael Pekay, P.C. as a Legal Secretary, specializing in litigation documentation. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from DeVry University and an Associate's Degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Robert Morris University - Illinois.
