Mark Boich, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Strategic Operations at Harris & Harris since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mark held several significant positions at JP Recovery Services, Inc., including Director of Operations, where leadership was provided to a diverse team and a lean six sigma program was implemented to enhance efficiency. Previous experience includes key roles at Asset Acceptance, AMO Recoveries Inc., and TRANSWORLD SYSTEMS INCORPORATED/OSI COLLECTION SERVICES INCORPORATED, focusing on operations management, team development, and strategic planning. Mark Boich holds an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Composition/Performance from Berklee College of Music.
