Chris Owen

Chris Owen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and process management. Currently serving as COO at Harris Tea Company since January 2023, Chris previously held the position of Vice President of Process Excellence at Harris Freeman & Co from May 2020 to July 2023. Prior roles include Director of IS and Process Management & Development and Director of Process Improvement at Whitworths Ltd (June 2015 - May 2020), as well as Head of Supply Chain and Supply Chain Manager at the same company from January 2001 to December 2012. Chris began their career at Cadbury plc., where responsibilities included Seasonal Planning Manager, Seasonal Scheduling Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Systems Implementation Manager from 1993 to 2001.
