Bernardo Villar

Bernardo Villar has a range of experience in investment banking, strategy, and finance. Bernardo has worked at various reputable companies throughout their career.

Bernardo started their career at BB&T Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Analyst in 2011. From there, they moved on to The Riverside Company, where they worked as a Private Equity Associate from 2013 to 2014 and then as a Senior Associate from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Villar joined Uber as a Senior Associate in Strategic Finance and also served as the Interim Head of Finance for Xchange Leasing until 2017.

Following their time at Uber, they worked at Pinterest as a Business Operations and Strategy Manager from 2017 to 2018.

Most recently, Villar has been working at Harris Williams as a Vice President in M&A Investment Banking since 2018 and later promoted to the position of Director in the same department.

Bernardo Villar began their education at the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Bernardo'sstudies, carried out from 2006 to 2009, focused on accounting, finance, and economics. After completing their undergraduate studies, Bernardo went on to attend the University of Virginia from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master of Science in Accounting (MSA) degree, with a specialization in accounting and finance.
