Michael Peiffer serves as the Director of Client Services at Merchant Mechanics since July 2016 and has been an Adjunct Psychology Professor at Harrisburg Area Community College since January 1997. Previously, Michael worked as the Research Manager for US Consumer Insights at The Hershey Company from February 2012 to August 2015, where a key accomplishment included creating comprehensive product performance profiles for new product launches. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Media & Research at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts from 1988 to 2011, focusing on guest segmentation and satisfaction metrics. Michael holds a B.S. in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Psychology from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
