Ruth Bernard

Ruth Bernard is an experienced art educator with a strong background in teaching drawing, painting, and design. Currently serving as an adjunct at Harrisburg Area Community College since January 2005, Ruth teaches Drawing 1 and 2, 2D Design, and Painting 1. Previously, Ruth was an adjunct professor of art at Penn State University from August 2003 to May 2009, where Drawing 1 was taught. Ruth's extensive teaching career also includes a position as a professor at the Pennsylvania College of Art and Design from 1989 to 2005, covering an array of courses in drawing and painting. Ruth holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in fine art from Queens College, received between 1987 and 1989.
