Benjamin Ginsberg

Benjamin Ginsberg, Esq., AICP serves as the Director of Development at the University of Pittsburgh since September 2020. Previously, Benjamin held the position of Major Gifts Officer at the University of Pennsylvania, where fundraising efforts focused on the Weitzman School of Design. Benjamin’s extensive experience includes roles such as Senior Consultant at The Lapin Group, Executive Director at Jenkintown Community Alliance, and Director of Planning & Transportation at Center City District. Benjamin has also contributed to various consulting firms, overseeing strategic planning and project management in urban development and non-profit sectors. Holding a JD from Temple University and further degrees in Regional Planning and Political Science, Benjamin's educational background complements a robust career in public service and community development.
