Cindy Thatcher

Cindy Thatcher serves as the Senior Director of Go-to-Market Enablement at Teradata, where leadership encompasses the development of comprehensive sales readiness and enablement curricula, including innovative programs like the Cloud-First initiative. Previous roles at Teradata included Director of Learning Consulting and Analytics and Manager/Team Lead, focusing on transformative learning project management and global learning design. In addition to work at Teradata, Cindy is a Corporate Faculty member at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, teaching on topics such as Learning Technologies and Learning Evaluation. Prior experience includes consulting roles at CorpU and research analysis for large corporations, as well as training management at McKonly & Asbury and operational leadership at Gap Inc. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in Education, Training, and Performance Improvement from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Retail/Fashion Merchandising from Marywood University.
