Anastasiia Levdikova

Anastasiia Levdikova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anastasiia is currently the Managing Director at Work Space LLC, where they began their role in August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder and Director of International Affairs at NGO ICASJ from January 2016 onwards. In addition, they co-founded and served as the Managing Director at Master Agency TM starting from September 2005. Anastasiia also worked as a Solutions Partner at Harrison Assessments Int'l, starting in July 2019. Anastasiia briefly joined EirGrid Group as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator from June 2022 to December 2022. Anastasiia's career began as an Intern at JC Pivdennyi Bank in September 2005.

Anastasiia Levdikova obtained a Master's degree in Maths and Economics from I.I. Mechnikov Odessa National University. Anastasiia attended the university from 2001 to 2007. In 2022, they enrolled at Dublin City University to pursue an MS in Strategic Learning and Development, which they are expected to complete in 2024. In addition to their academic qualifications, Anastasiia has obtained several certifications related to recruitment, employee development, debriefing, and coaching from Harrison Assessments International. Anastasiia received the Harrison Assessments Recruitment Accreditation in May 2021 and the Harrison Assessments Employee Development Accreditation in September 2020.
