Didem Şen Pamuk

Didem Şen Pamuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Didem started their career as a Training Assistant at Interbank/Intercon training and consultancy in 1994. Didem then joined Dow in 1996 as a Financial Analyst for a period of two years. In 1998, they moved to JTI (Japan Tobacco International) as a Financial Supervisor, where they were responsible for various financial operations.

In 1999, Didem Şen Pamuk joined Pfizer (formerly Wyeth Pharmaceuticals) as a Treasurer. Their role included handling cash management, investments, and bank reconciliation, as well as preparing cash flow tables. Didem stayed with Pfizer for over a decade, until 2010.

In 2012, they founded their own coaching and training company called Kipos Coaching & Training & Consultancy, where they served as a Founder & Coach. Additionally, they became the Faculty Leader of the Kipos Life & Performance Coaching Program in February 2020.

Didem Şen Pamuk also worked as a Consulting Partner at Harrison Assessments International starting from 2020. Moreover, they held the position of Head of Career Coaching Department at Hipostar from November 2020 to November 2021.

Didem Şen Pamuk obtained their PCC (Professional Certified Coach) degree in 2011 from Erickson Coaching International, where they studied Coaching Modules. In 2012, they attended the WellnessNew Life Story® Coach Training and Licensing Workshop by David Krueger, M.D. at Coach Training Alliance. Before that, they pursued a degree in Economics from Istanbul University, graduating between 1987 and 1992. Didem also completed their secondary education at FMV Işık Okulları from 1981 to 1987, though the specific field of study is not mentioned. Apart from their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various areas, such as Employee Development Accreditation and Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation, both from Harrison Assessments International. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Didem has also obtained certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Weight Loss and Maintenance and various coaching programs.
