Gülgün Tekindur is an experienced professional with a diverse and extensive background in human resources management. Gülgün began their career at Unilever in 1991, where they served as the HR Training and Admin Manager. In 1994, they joined Levi Strauss & Co. and held multiple roles, including Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Assistant Vice President of Supply Chain in Europe. During their time at Levi Strauss & Co., Tekindur led various projects focused on organizational capability analysis, recruitment, remuneration, development, and career planning.
In 2003, Tekindur transitioned to Danone Turkey, where they made significant contributions as the Assistant General Manager of Human Resources. Gülgün led the design and implementation of an integrated talent attraction program called "Talent Way," which greatly enhanced the company's ability to attract top talent for sustainable growth. Additionally, they played a vital role in building the organization's future bench through strategic recruitments and development activities.
Tekindur expanded their career by joining İK ÇÖZÜM Human Resources Consulting Services in 2008 as a Managing Partner. In this role, they led a prestigious project in the Turkish banking industry involving the HR reengineering of a sector leader with over 20,000 employees. Gülgün conducted organizational assessments, designed and implemented customized core HR processes, and facilitated successful change management.
In 2018, Tekindur joined ATA Freight as the Global Director of People, where they played a pivotal role in enhancing the company's people strategy. Gülgün brought their extensive HR expertise to the organization, focusing on talent management and organizational development.
Most recently, Tekindur joined Harrison Assessments Int'l in 2016 as a Consultant Partner, leveraging their skills and knowledge to provide valuable insights and guidance to clients. Gülgün is also a certified coach and has achieved ACC, PCC, and HATS CP certifications.

Gülgün Tekindur graduated from Boğaziçi University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering. Gülgün then pursued an MBA in Management from the University of South Florida, completing it in 1990. Prior to their university studies, Gülgün attended Üsküdar Amerikan Lisesi from 1977 to 1984. Gülgün also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Chemical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, although the specific dates for this degree are unknown.
