Karen Hee has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Karen started their career in 1994 as a Regional Consulting Director at HRnet Performance Consulting Pte Ltd, where they specialized in helping organizations improve people performance. Karen provided innovative and integrated performance consulting solutions across the employee life cycle, focusing on areas such as selection & assessment, performance management, HR systems & processes, and learning & development. In 1998, they joined Harrison Assessments Int'l as a Solutions Partner, and in 2011, they founded PP Consulting Asia Pte Ltd. At PP Consulting, they served as the Founder & Managing Consultant, working with individuals and organizations to apply Positive Psychology and achieve Positive Performance. Overall, Karen Hee has demonstrated expertise in performance improvement and positive impact creation throughout their career.

Karen Hee attended The School of Positive Psychology in 2011, where they studied Applied Positive Psychology. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Ngee Ann Polytechnic, where they studied Electronics. In addition to their formal education, Karen has obtained several certifications, including the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in March 2021, Debriefing & Coaching Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in June 2018, Employee Development Accreditation from Harrison Assessments Int'l in June 2018, and they are currently pursuing the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation and obtained the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation from the International Coaching Federation in April 2021.
