Natalie Jackman Ible, Chem Eng., PCC, CALC

Natalie Jackman Ible has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie started their career in 1984 as a Senior Process Engineer at Trinidad and Tobago Methanol Company Ltd. Natalie then moved on to BP where they held several positions including Senior Engineer, Senior Commercial Analyst, and Offshore Installation Manager from 1996 to 2008.

In 2008, Natalie joined The University of Trinidad and Tobago as a Senior Instructor until 2012. Natalie then became the President and CEO/Performance Partner, Consultant, and Coach/Professional Engineer at Partners for Performance. In this role, they focused on performance improvement across people, process, and plant, using technical and engagement strategies. Natalie was responsible for integrated business performance, system and process design and improvement, asset performance, and project execution.

Natalie also worked as the Caribbean Partner at CoachingOurselves International Inc. starting from 2018 and as the Solution Partner Caribbean at Harrison Assessments Int'l starting from 2017. Additionally, they served as a Program Coach at JMMB GroupTT from November 2018 to August 2021.

Natalie Jackman Ible obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the West Indies. Natalie also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the same university. Natalie further pursued their education by completing a Certificate in Certified Professional Coaching at the University of Miami. In 2016, they became a Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) through the World Institute of Action Learning. Additionally, Natalie attended the World Business and Executive Coach Summit where they obtained an enhanced practitioner certification in Narrative Coaching. Natalie has also obtained certifications in various other areas, including advanced process improvement, conversational intelligence, and professional coaching.
