Trevor Norman

Trevor Norman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and employee engagement. As the Founder and Director of Tribero since January 2021, Trevor focuses on bespoke programs aimed at enhancing leadership performance and team dynamics. Trevor also serves as the North East Regional Ambassador for Engage for Success, a government initiative aimed at addressing the UK productivity gap through improved employee engagement practices. Additionally, Trevor co-founded Peak Performance Partnership Ltd in October 2014, where relationship-building and client trust are emphasized to tackle personal and business challenges. As a Solutions Partner with Harrison Assessments International since March 2014, Trevor contributes to further enhancing organizational effectiveness. Previously, Trevor held multiple roles at sanofi-aventis from May 2004 to September 2014, including Lean & Performance Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on process optimization and leadership.
