Judith Wase

Judith Wase is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in hospitality management and culinary training. Since January 2008, Judith has held multiple roles at Harrison Catering Services, including Senior Support and Development Chef, Craft Trainer, and Group Head Chef. Prior to this, Judith served as Head Chef at Pullens Dining Room from September 1999 to December 2007, Dietary Manager at Stonehedge Private Nursing Home from May 1996 to September 1998, and Chef Manager at Rome Private Members Club from February 1993 to May 1996. Educational qualifications include a Higher Level Diploma in Hospitality Management from HIT Training, along with various certifications in leadership, management, and practical training, all contributing to a comprehensive skill set in the culinary field.
