Michelle Page

Michelle is the Director of People & Culture, which entails all the functions of Human Resources. She is a transplant to Arkansas from Northern California, earning bachelor's degrees in Accounting and HR from California State University. Michelle has 13 years of experience in public and private accounting and seven years in HR. She started on the accounting team in 2011 and made the transition to the HR team in 2013. During the past nine years with HFA, she has seen positive changes in the culture and loves working for a company that genuinely values its staff.
