Stephen Kontos

Stephen Kontos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Currently serving as Counsel at Harrity & Harrity, LLP since September 2022, Stephen previously held the position of Head of Intellectual Property at VELN from 2021 to 2022. As the Founder of PatentXP PLLC from 2018 to 2021, Stephen established a firm focused on patent services. Prior experience includes roles as a Patent Attorney at Bejin Bieneman PLC from 2013 to 2018 and at Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC from 2007 to 2013. Stephen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit Mercy.
