Miriam Carpenter

Miriam Carpenter is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Product Developer for Fresh Food at Harrods since January 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Channel Development Manager at Délifrance, where expertise in launching and developing products significantly improved sales within the Bakery sector. As a Graduate Quality Researcher at Tesco, Miriam contributed to packaging testing by creating a new methodology with key stakeholders. Earlier roles included a Product Development Assistant for Bakery at Tesco, where innovative problem-solving improved packaging integrity for seasonal products. Miriam holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Nottingham and is pursuing further education in Sustainable Leadership at the University of Cambridge.
