Alan Inns

Alan Inns currently serves as the Assistant Head and Director of Senior Phase at Harrow International School Beijing, where responsibilities include being the Pastoral Lead for Upper School and contributing to the Senior School Leadership Team. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Head Teacher at Kings International College, focusing on behavior, attendance, and pastoral matters, where Alan also served as the Designated Safeguard Lead and taught Geography and Physical Education at the GCSE level. Earlier experience at St Crispin's School involved roles as Associate Senior Leader, Head of Year, and teacher of Physical Education and Psychology, with a strong emphasis on behavior, welfare, and extracurricular coordination.
