Kaitlyn Essman

Kaitlyn Essman, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Talent Officer at the Harry & Rose Samson Family Jewish Community Center of Milwaukee since June 2015, focusing on aligning human capital strategies with organizational growth objectives. Previously held the position of Human Resources Director, providing strategic guidance on employee culture, change management, and performance management. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at CORIX Group of Companies and Human Resource Generalist at Kleen Test Products, complemented by earlier experiences as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator and in various HR internship roles. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the Lubar College of Business and has also studied at Universidad de Sevilla.
